Weight Loss CPR and Vision

January 17, 2014

CPR
Context: “So I like what I see when I’m looking at me, when I’m walking past the mirror…”

Purpose: To increase my self-discipline, energy, and focus, preparing myself for my future, so that I have the confidence to achieve anything and the body to live a long, healthy life with a partner to grow old with.
Results:
1)    I fit comfortably into a size 8 or lose 50 lbs by December 11, 2014 and feel comfortable in my own skin.
2)    I am in the best shape of my life with a defined, toned, feminine six-pack.
3)    I incorporate healthy eating habits and maintain them as a lifestyle change.
4)    I am honest with my family and friends around my progress and I clearly ask for what I need: an accountability buddy and a cheerleader.
5)    I inspire others to join me in reaching their own weight-loss goals.

Weight loss (vision)
The workout regimes are heart-pumping fun, easy workouts. I push my body, mind, and soul to their limit.  The weight is just melting off.  I have more energy and focus throughout the day.  I am receiving compliments left and right.  I walk with a sense of accomplishment, pride, and self-confidence, creating inspiration for others around me to take charge of their own weight-loss goals.
